Founder Sarah Baer has had the opportunity to work within the music space for the majority of her tenure. She's helped develop and launch innovative partnerships and integrated marketing strategies for brands including Microsoft, AT&T, KIA and many more.

She’s recently relocated back to Nashville after living in Southern California, where she was VP of Business Development for Dydrek Enterprises and Street League Skateboarding and oversaw music and events for Stance. 
 
Before that, she spent 10 years producing large scale music festivals and live shows. She was Co-Owner & Producer of Country Throwdown, Taste of Chaos and Mayhem Fest where she oversaw business development, talent booking, partnership acquisition and operations. In addition, she handled all partner deals for the Vans Warped Tour.
